The website or/and the online portal https://adr.gov.gr (hereinafter the “Website”) has been created by the Special Secretariat for Alternative Dispute Resolution of the Ministry of Justice for the purpose of providing information and services to its visitors/users. Users access and use the Website exclusively for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes. Use of this Website implies agreement with these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). By accepting the Terms, the User declares that they are eighteen (18) years of age or older. If the User is under eighteen (18) but over thirteen (13), they may use the services of the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who must accept these Terms.

 

In any other case, the Special Secretariat for Alternative Dispute Resolution bears no responsibility of such use.

The Content is made freely available to users for personal use, on the condition that, in the event of reproduction or further use, it is not subject to any modification or alteration and is accompanied by a clear and distinct reference to its source. The Terms constitutes the entire agreement between the Specific Secretariat for Alternative Dispute Resolution and the User of the Website and its services and bind only  the parties to this  agreement. No modification of the Terms will be considered or incorporated into this agreement unless it is made in writing and included in it. It is explicitly agreed that any dispute arising from the application of the Terms and the general use of the Website by the User, if not resolved amicably, will be governed by the Greek law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
