The Special Secretary, Olympia Anastasopoulou, participated in the conference “Darwinism in AD”

At the conference “Darwinism in ADR”, organized by the European Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in Athens on 25 April 2025, the Special Secretary Olympia Anastasopoulou participated and presented the main pillars of the legislative reform by the Ministry of Justice. These reforms will serve as a starting point for promoting Alternative Dispute Resolution methods in Greece, with a focus this time on the institution of Arbitration. Collaboration with internationally recognized organizations and the exchange of views provides valuable support for the Greek State, aiming at the adoption of best international practices.
